Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

My wife and son purchased a truck two weeks ago, this incuded a cash apyemt of $4,500 and finance of $14,000. The tiltle was not available, but they were told it would be in a couple of days. We have not taken possesion of the vehicle and I now want to void the deal. Do I have recourse here? Also the Dealer had given my son a rental until the delivery of the vehicle was made.

On what basis? You can tell the dealer and demand; you may not get
