Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
I won a free wedding via a radio station and got married etc...I am now being asked to sign an affidavit saying that I aware of my winnings and aware that I will be taxed on my winnings. What happens if I don;t sign it? Can I get out paying the taxes on it as they did not have me sign if first?
