15 year old used auto loan not fully paid-collection agency

I am being called at home and work about a used car loan that I cosignd on and was never fully paid about 15-18 yrs ago. I did not admit liability and mentioned the stature of limitations and the woman said that the note had a CNC ending and falls under a different law.

Is this true? How can one stop the annoying calls?

I have never heard of a CNC ending, but that doesn't mean there is no such thing. It sounds to me like you are correct in asserting the statute of limitations, and if the creditor keeps pestering you, I would consult a lawyer about whether this violates the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
