Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts
Arbitration Order
Long story short, its the typical MBNA / Wolpoff & Abramson / NAF scenario. Only, to my surprise, NAF ordered the arbitration case (and I quote) ''Dismissed with prejudice or Dismissed without prejudice.''
Ok, I understand one or the other, but what exactly does that mean?
Any insight or advice regarding what my next step should be would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Arbitration Order
This is confusing - I agree.
Dismissed with prejudice means it can never be refiled. Without prejudice allowes for refiling of action.
