How Can I avoid having my wages garnish by a credit card company that called me and threating to take me to court over a balance of 1,400? Should I file for bankrupy?

Whether bankruptcy is appropriate depends upon your overall financial health. For example, most bankrupcty attorneys would probably not recommend bankruptcy for a single $1,400.00 debt. If you are interested in exploring bankruptcy or in negotiating a settlement of this debt, please feel free to contact my office.

Retain an attorney to explore your options including settlement or possibly bankruptcy if appropriate. Good Luck!
