Case that has been decided
I recently found info saying that I didn't owe a company anything. they took me to court and I have a

It depends upon the stage of the proceeding and the evidence you have acquired. Pursuant to Massachusetts Rule of Civil Procedure 60, a party may set aside a judgment based upon mistake, inadvertence, excusable neglect, newly discovered evidence, fraud, misconduct, misrepresentation, release, satisfaction, discharge or any other good cause shown.

Assuming that the plaintiff won their case by default, you should go back into court and request to fill out a Motion to Remove Default Judgment and Affidavit.
Once reopened, you should contact an attorney to preserve your rights going forward. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact my office.

Go to the court and ask to see the file, and then consult an attorney.

Retain an attorney to see if it is still possible to file a motion to remove what presumably was a default judgment or to revise and revoke the judgment based upon newly discovered evidence.
