Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

I got a cell phone for someone that was living with me under my name with the stipulation that they made the payments. Now the bill is 300 and 200 for disconnection due to them stop paying it . What can I do?

you are stuck, cancel the phone, make the payments and sue the person.
