childs medical bills

i'm a divorced parent. the divorce decree states, child's medical bills to be split 50/50. i took son for braces and signed forms. i paid my half and told them spouse is responsible for other half. i paid, she didn't. am i liable for her half to.

I think this is the 2nd time you asked this question, and the answer is still the other spouse has some obligation, depending on the language of the order.

It depends upon your specific agreement with the medical provider, which is separate and distinct from your agreement with your spouse, as articulated in the divorce decree.

Assuming that your divorce decree states that your spouse is responsible for 1/2 of your child's medical bills, you do have a right to be reimbursed.
