being that it is christmas season...when i recieved a pkg 3 days ago i had assumed it came from family...i opened it and called to thank them....it did not come from them.....now the company called and they want it back....what r my rights

How did the company know to call you if you did not order this item or if someone did not order this item and put your name on the package?
