collection

my father paid debts that were mine, i never made a writen agreement to pay them back. can he sue me for those debts? and what would my rights be?

While you may not have a legally enforcible obligation you certainly have a moral obligation to reimburse your father for any debts he repaid for you that were not for something for which he also was legally responsible.
