Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

Company card

I was recently fired and had to give back

my company credit card that was used for

ONLY for company purchases, with the

companies permission. The Card had both

my name and the companies name, if the

company doesn't pay, am I responsible for

any of that debt? What if the company

claims some charges are not their

responsibility?

Re: Company card

It depends on how the company got the card. This deals with how the application was signed. The Company get often get a credit card, and then list the employee as an additional user, maintaining the liability for all of the expenses incurred.
