i HAVE A COMPANY IN MASSACHUSETTS AND I HAVE A DEBT OWED BY SOMEONE IN SYRACUSE,NY. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO POSSIBLY PUT A LIEN ON HIS PROPERTY UNTIL HE PAYS THE DEBT. IT IS JUST OVER $8,000.00. FOR PRODUCT HE PURCHASED FROM MY COMPANY.I HAVE SIGNED SLIPS AVAILABLE TO PROVE HE RECEIVED THEM.
