Cosigners
If a cosigner of a loan pays the loan prematurely, does he have the right to sue the signer for the amount of the loan in a civil case?

I would think that you would want to make a demand, before you filed an action. Premature payment, suggests that you did not give the other person an opportunity to pay it.
