The credit bureau has listed me as deceased, i filed a dispute what further legal action can i take against the creditor who reported me as deceased

Well, how did the CRA (Credit Reporting Agency - that's how it is defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act) respond?
Essentially, in an FCRA case, you file a dispute with the CRAs, which triggers a duty to investigate your claim. The fault could then be with either the CRA (which failed to adequately investigate) or with the reporting creditor.
The FCRA has a "fee shifting" statute, that allows your attorney to be paid, even if all you receive is the $1,000.00 statutory minimum.
