Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts
Credit Card suit
I have two suits with a local attorny Lustig Glaser and Wilson. I have to write an answer to one, the other I had the judgement removed because I never rec'd the orginal.
My questions are -
1. I need to answer the suit there are three questions, do I ask for debt validation in the suit or how do I go about that?
2. They immediately filed another motion for a default on the first suit after the motion to dismiss was granted how do I reply to that?
3. Is it worth getting a lawyer to help? I had tried to contact at least 3 lawyers previously, one called me back the others didn't. The one that called me back said it was better to settle not asking me any questions just the $$ amount which was $4800.00
