Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts
credit reporting
I have a judgement in small claims. I want to know how to report it to the major credit reporting companies?

Re: credit reporting
You would need to be an information furnisher ( a "person" who regularly and in the ordinary course of business furnishes information to one or more Credit Reporting Agencies) within the meaning of the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (see 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.), and comply with all the statutory duties and obligations imposed by such law. However, even if you do not qualify as an "information furnisher", since the judgment will be recorded, indexed and filed in the municipal county courthouse where it was rendered, it will be a matter of public record and will most likely be accessed and recorded by a credit bureau.
