creditor harrassment

What can I do about a creditor who consistently duns me for a March Payment. I have faxed them front and back of check cashed by them several times but they insist that they are researching but it is a lengthly process.

The simple answer to your question is to direct them to your attorney. The calls should stop quite abruptly after that.

You can file suit in Federal Court for violation of the Truth in Lending statutes.
