Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts
debt collection expiration
I read that each state has a unique debt expiration period after which uncollected debt must be written off; what is the expiration period for MA? I checked the Atty Gen's website but nothing regarding that is listed. Thanks!
