The federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) limits the type and number of calls a debt collector can place to your home or business. This is particularly true if you are not the debtor. What you should do is:
1) Keep a log of these calls (time, id of caller, content of call, etc.).
2) Request them not to call again (verbally and in writing).
3) Contact your attorney for further assistance if these calls persist.
