debt forgiveness

could you please e-mail me the law that states that i can be excused from the debt that i can not afford to pay because i live on ssi and recieve $808 dollars a month

Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 407(a), benefits received from social security are exempt from levy or garnishment.

There is no law that mandates debt forgiveness; however, you may not have income or assets that are subject to garnishment.
