Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

Debt management

I entered into a debt management program with a company who can no longer operate in MA. This company worked with all my creditors, which was a major reaon in choosing this company. The company sold my account to CEEDCO who are allowed to operate in MA but do not have programs with the companies I have debt with. As a direct result of this and the inability of the new company to work with the creditors I now have more debt than I did six months ago and the bills are increasing not going down as promised. I am still not on the program with these creditors and don't know where to turn. I was not informed of the change in companies. I have no idea what I can legally do to help my situation.
