Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts
Earlier today, I signed a purchase of sale agreement at a car dealership. Things moved so quickly, as they normally do during the sales process and I overlooked one of the key terms of the agreement--the actualt price! I know that this should have been better handled at the time of sale. I have read and reread the contract trying best to formulate my case to renegotiate the terms of the contract. I am looking for an effective method to plead my case. Also, I have not yet made the initial down payment, nor am I in posession of said vehicle.

Call the dealershiop and tell them that you do not want to move ahead with the contract. Tell them what terms you are looking for.
If they try to hold you to the contract, refuse to.
They wlll work with you.
