Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

Need emeditate help with credit card debt
I am in way over my head, i do not know how to get myself out.
I am in debt of over $10,000.00. I have collection agencies calling me at work treating me. They have treatened to call my employer. I am on very very thin ice and i could loss my job over this if they do call. I do not know how to get started or how to get myself out of this mess.

You may need to consider filing bankruptcy -- it is the fastest way to get creditors to stop calling. Please contact my office for details.

You have a choice of bankruptcy or a very reputable credit assistance agency. Many of this credit assistance agencies do nothing but take your money.

I think attorney Lev may be in a better position to assist you.
