Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

My ex-husband and i got divorced 2 years ago. In the divorced settlement he promised to pay me $10K. He didn't pay, we wrote up a new agreement - he would pay me one sum of $6K, he signed it, but didn''t pay. Can I report it to a Credit Bureau? Can i do anything so that it would show up as unpaid loan on his credit report? At this point i don't expect any money from him, and i don't want to go to court anymore.

Thank you

The Court is your only avenue. An agreement that is not part of a court order is probably not enforceable.
