Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

I have a family member who is providing my home phone number to companys that they owe money too and I keep recieving calls from dept collectors. Is there anything I can do. I live in Massachusetts and the family member lives in California

there is nothing you can do except do not provide this member with your telephone number.
