how to file certificate of service when I answere my summons

First of all, I would just say that the rules of court are specific and hard to follow for a layperson (and sometimes for attorneys!). You will need to certify to the court in writing that you sent a copy of your answer to the Plaintiff.
If you are interested in fighting or effectively settling your claim with the creditor, I highly recommend you retain our office.

You do not file the return of service in civil matters. The server or complainant does this. I assume you are the defendant.
