Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

My health club sold to a different club and is now "women only". They moved all the men to a facility in a different town. I signed a 2 year contract with the club when it was co-ed. Now I can not exercise with my husband. Am I obligated to keep paying the membership dues?

That is really a function of your contract with the health club, and/or the health club's agreement with its members following sale. A better question is, "will the health club pursue me if I stop paying, and what will happen to my credit rating if I stop?" The answer there is also "that depends."
