Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

Home attachment lien

By mistake a credit union had their Atty. place a lien on my summer home without my knowledge. They now realize I am not the individual they were after and will reverse the lien.

This will effect my credit score, history of the lien on the property, as well as other unrealized consequences.

Do I have recourse?
