Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts
no insurance on a rental car
I had no insurance on a rental car. Do I have to pay for the vehicle if it has been rendered totaled and the rental company's insurance has replaced the car? If so, am I entitled to the totaled vehicle when I pay for it?

How did you pay for it? Some credit card companies automatically provide some insurance.
