Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

The judge said ''get a lawyer''

I was unemployed for a while and was behind in my condo fees. I received a letter from a 3rd party collection (law firm) asking me to submit a payment plan. They never responded and proceeded with a pursuit for a Super Lien. We ended up in court with the Assocation seeking a Summary Judgment. At the summary judgment hearing the Judge granted the summary judgment in part, late condo dues only, but stated that after reviewing my evidence I have legitimate 93a and descrimination claims against the condo association/trustee as well as the law firm representing them. I need a lawyer to help me sort through this.
