Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts
judgement collection
I am a judgement creditor. If I haven't received my former landlord, the debtor's payments for over one month since the trial date, and I don't know the debtor's employer and bank, how do I collect the judgement payments.

Re: judgement collection
Depending on the amount of the Judgment, either commence Supplementary Process in the District Court where the debtor resides or obtan an execution on your judgment and levy it against realty owned by the debtor.
You might want to retain an attorney to assist you with this.
Re: judgement collection
You have the option under Massachusetts Law to summon the debtor to court and examine him under oath as to the nature and extent of his assets ( Petition for Supplementary Process). Please feel free to contact my office for a free initial consult based on the facts of your specific situation.;)
