In MA can your late fees pyramid? For example I am 2 months late on my condo fee and they make me pay both months late fees. The late fee is $25 and they make me pay $50?

It would depend somewhat on the documents (Master Deed, Condo Bylaws) governing your condominium association. For example, it may say that you have to pay $25.00 each month so long as you have an unpaid balance. Or, it may say that you owe a late fee of $25.00 for each month you are late. There is nothing wrong, per se, with the scenario that you describe.
