Marriage debt responsibility

Are both people (Man and Wife) responsible for debt incurred durring marrage. Like student loans

Technically, all loans or debts arising during the marriage are joint debts. This is how the probate and family court views this. However, if this involves a debt collector trying to reach or collect on a debt signed by one spouse, this may be different.
