mortgage lien

a debt collector has won a judgement for a lien on my house. I have been paying down this dbet quite a while now. I am going to be able to pay it off completley in the near future. How should I go about this so the lien is removed?

If a judgment creditor is going to discharge a judgment against a judgment debtor, the usual custom is for the judgment debtor to obtain both a General Mutual Release & Satisfaction of Judgment from the Creditor. Please feel free to contact my office for specifics.;)
