Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

For the past four years, i've been wearing skechers shape up shoes especially to work thinking i'm exercising while wearing it. Then i started getting the "bunyon" which is a big problem for me because we are not allowed to wear ope-toe-shoes at work and so cold to wear sandals on the winter. I went to my doctor and she reffered me to an orthopedic surgeon, she said i need a surgery in order to wear closed shoes again. I don' think i can afford a surgery right now. Any advice please will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

i do not see what the legal issue unless you are saying the skechers caused the injury.
