Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts
can't pay credit cards
Because 2 people defaulted on loans I made them, I can't pay my credit cards. I'm on Socail Security and have a small retirement fund. Do not work, no home and no car. Can't afford legal fees for bankruptcy. I live in Central America most of the time because it's affordable and can't afford to live in the USA. What will the credit card companies do to me? Can they go into my personal bank account that I have my social security ($808.00) depoaited?
