Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

Should I Pay For Receiving No Service?

I received a call saying I had received a certain amount of money for medical services. After making an appt. I went in the manager of the clinic went over services offered. After discussing prices,I told her I could not afford it. She then said they have a credit service they use and would like to see if I qualified for this credit which was for $1200. I signed the credit aggreement slip which says no refunds. the next day I realized the location and price was something I could not do. I called and cancelled my first appt. I haven't received any services, the clinic told me regardless if I want the treatment or not I have to pay them. Is this right? I feel as if the woman led me on, she did not tell me this but was rather in a hurry to make sure I signed.
