If you have a judgment you can have it reduced to an execution that you can levy as a lien against any real estate owned in the name of the debtor or you can file a supplementary process action to bring the debtor before the court to be examined as to their ability to pay. If the amount is substantial consider retaining an attorney to assist you. Good Luck!
