I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced a loss. The estate, not the deceased person's loved ones, is responsible for any outstanding debts. Please feel free to contact my office if you would like some assistance in settlin the estate of the deceased and in handling his or her debts and accounts. 617-357-4898.
