Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

If a person who is on ssdi has a judgement rendered to pay a debt is it mandatory to pay the debt or even set up a payment plan while they are disabled and on ssdi?

Retain an attorney, as SSDI is normally exempt from execution to pay a judgment. Good Luck!
