Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts
Personal loans to friend
If I loan a friend money without any signed papers or agreement to payback, can I win a court case for payment?
It was just a verbal agreement.

Re: Personal loans to friend
As long as you can document that you loaned the money you can sue to recover it, even if you don't have a written agreement.
