Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts
Is there a prepaid legal plan that covers pre-existing legal conditions? I'm fighting a debt collection and need some consultation.

Our office charges $100.00 for a legal consultation, and there is no obligation to retain our office for any further services. In terms of pre-paid legal, I'm not aware of any pre-paid legal plans that will cover a client retroactively, but you can always call around and ask.
No. Unfortunately, ObamaCare does not extend to legal services.
Feel free to accept my offer of a free consultation.

I routinely provide legal services at no cost to the consumer/debtor under the laws of MGL c. 93A, and the Federal Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. We also strive to provide our clients with up to $1,000 in statutory damages properly award-able under the law along with costs and fees.
