Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts
I purchased a car in my name for my daughter in law. Now the car no longer exists and bills and money are being charged to me. Can I take her to court for restitution

Not for restitution, but perhaps for the equitable claim of contribution. It depends on the facts and circumstances surrounding the transaction.
