Can a credit card company seize a vehicle for credit card debt when there are 2 owers on the car and only 1 owes the debt?

Generally speaking, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 223, Section 44a, a creditor can seize the motor vehicle of a judgment debtor as long as the person owing ( and any person whose interest is affected) the money is afforded notice and an opportunity to be heard before seizure.
