Sheriff Seize Car

Are there only certain days and hours my car could be seized by a sheriff holding a judgment execution order? What if I can't pay can they sell the car for as little as One dollar?

According to Massachusetts law, a sheriff can only seize a motor vehicle if such seizure would not result in a "breach of the peace". Further, the sale of the vehicle must be commercially reasonable.;)
