no show in court

I received a judgement against me for non payment of a credit card.

if I don't show for a court hearing in this matter, can they arrest me?

It depends upon the nature and purpose of the "court hearing". If the hearing is a "Supplementary Process" action pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 224, Section 14, and you fail to appear, the judgment creditor may petition the court to issue a "capias", which pursuant to Massachusetts General Statutes Chapter 224, Section 22, empowers a proper officer to physically bring you before the court.
