Small Claims on credit cards

I am in need of advice about a small claims case put against me. This has been going on since April of 2006 with CITI Corp. on a disputed amount of $966.94 that has turned into

I have been corresponding with CITI prior to April of 2006 and Lustig, Glaser & Wilson from June 2007. Both have been unwilling to show that any of the charges are anything but interest on interest and periodic rate charges amounting to over $120.00 per billing. They have only sent standard letters asking for payment of the increased amounts. The last correspondence that was sent to me ( July 9, 2007) asking for information so they could review it with CITI. I have not heard from them until the small claim sent from the court (December 13, 2007).

We have been in court 3 times, one was a default judgment on Lustig and was dismissed. Lustig then went back to court and had the judgment overturned say that they were in discussions with me. The judge did not ask me any questions during the hearing and dismissed saying continue discussions and set a court hearing for January 15, 2009.
