Can a credit union take out your whole disability check in your checking account on collecting on a loan when an agrreement has been made on amount but you defaulted and missed a payment

It depends on the agreement that you signed with the credit union for the loan. I don't believe that the credit union is required to look at the source of the money, but merely sweep your account for funds that are owed to it.
