Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts
My son is the registered owner, title holder of a car. He is 21 years old. I am insuring the car with both are names. I am the primary driver. Can this car be considered my asset? I owe money and I am afraid that my creditors may come after my sons car, because I am the prinicipal driver. can this happen?
