i have a summons that i need to 'answer the complaint" before a specified time. what form do I use to answer a complaint (creditor)?

You must either admit, deny, or otherwise answer the allegations of the complaint, and raise any affirmative defenses and counterclaims that you might have. I strongly suggest that you retain counsel to represent you in handling this matter. A relatively minor mistake could hand judgment over to the creditor. There is no answer form.
